How do I cancel my car insurance policy?
If you decide to cancel your policy please contact the Customer Services Team on 0333 043 2066 who will be able to help.
Cancelling your direct debit instruction will not automatically cancel your policy and you may incur additional charges.

Any extra products, such as Personal Accident or Legal Expenses, are non-refundable if cancelled more than 14 days after their start date.
If your policy was renewed automatically and you want to cancel it because you have taken alternative insurance elsewhere, you will be eligible for a full refund and not charged any fees as long as the alternative insurance started from your renewal date and you can provide evidence to that effect.
