How do I contact your Claims team?

If you need to make a new claim or notify us of an incident, you can call our New Claims team on 0333 043 2011. We’re here to help 24/7, 365 days a year. 

If your call is regarding a claim you’ve already reported to us, please call us on 0333 043 2022 Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm. 

If you need to send us an email about a claim, you can contact us via Make sure you put your claim number in the subject line, so we can deal with your query as efficiently as possible.
