What should I do if I’m contacted by the other party's insurer or solicitor?
If you’ve been involved in an incident with a third party, it’s likely that they’ll contact you to either offer their services or to ask if you feel responsible for the damage.
If they do contact you, it's important to know that you don't have to speak to them, and that the other person's insurer won't be acting in your best interests. Just let us know they’ve been in touch and we’ll reply as your representative, removing any hassle for you.
