What happens if the accident wasn’t my fault

If you have a comprehensive policy, we’ll assess your vehicle to determine if it can be  repaired or if it’s a  total loss. 

Provided the third party have accepted liability and we have recovered the total cost of the claim from them, your No Claims Discount won’t be reduced. 

If your policy is third party, fire & theft, you still need to call us on 0333 043 2011 to let us know what’s happened. We can collect some information about the incident and let you know what will happen next.
