What measures do 1st CENTRAL take to prevent fraudulent claims?

At 1st CENTRAL, our main priority is to ensure claims are dealt with swiftly, so we can get you back on the road as soon as possible.  

We know that a small number of people will attempt to exaggerate or fabricate claims, which affects the cost of insurance for everybody. 

Our Claims team implements various checks to identify and avoid paying such claims. These include using a number of industry databases that share information about claims with other insurance companies, financial companies, the police and other bodies where the law allows us to do so.
