I have been asked to send additional documents to validate my car insurance policy. Why?

In order to keep premiums low for our genuine customers we use advanced technology and check a wide range of databases to identify fraudulent activity, whether it be the use of stolen credit cards or the provision of incorrect information when applying for the insurance quotation. Unfortunately these checks have failed to verify an aspect of your policy. In the majority of cases this is for a genuine reason and we simply need to see additional documentation to check the details.
