Why did you change your logo?

We've recently updated our logo to better reflect who we are and what we stand for. We've taken our customers' feedback into consideration and have said goodbye to the old red rosette and introduced a new modern logo. Our new logo represents our dedication to delivering feel-good value and providing you with a sense of satisfaction from our first thought to our last full stop.

How will this impact my experience as a customer? 

We appreciate from time to time you may see a mixture of the old and new brands, for example YourAccount is currently in the old brand style whilst the website is in the new style. You may also see our old red rosette logo appear from time to time on communications such  as emails and letters. We’re working hard to apply the new brand as quickly as possible and minimise any disruption this may have for you.

Why are you updating your branding?

The purpose is to make all of our digital experiences and communications more accessible, easier to use and easier to understand . It is also centred around our ambition to deliver consistently great value to our customers through a service and experience that goes beyond a great price. As part of this we feature brilliant customers like you to better reflect who we are and  what we stand for. 

Will I need to update my information or login details because of these updates?

Nope- nothing (including updating your personal information) is required from you. This is all on us.
