How long will it take to receive my information following a Subject Access Request, and is there a fee?

We’ll normally respond to your request within one month. If your request is complex or you’ve made several requests, we may need more time and will let you know why.

Requests are usually free. However, if we consider a request to be clearly unfounded or excessive, for example because it is repetitive or requires a disproportionate amount of work, we may charge a reasonable fee or refuse to act on it. If a fee applies, the response period will begin once the fee has been paid.
