What are the Terms and Conditions for the Multicar Renewal Month competition?

Multicar renewal competitions terms & conditions  

1. The promoter is: First Central Management Ltd trading as 1ST CENTRAL (company number 6489797) whose registered office is Capital House, 1-5 Perrymount Road, Haywards Heath, West Sussex, RH16 3SY.

2. The competition will run from 6am on Wednesday 1ST June until midnight on Thursday 30th June. After this time, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

3. The winner will be selected at random after the closing date by an online tool from all correct enteries received. The judge's decision is final.

4. The winner will then be notified via the email address on their current policy within one working day of the closing date. They will be required to respond by email to confirm they're happy to receive the gift card via the email address on record. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim prize within seven days of notifications, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

5. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

6. The competition is only open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.

7. 1ST CENTRAL Connect customers are excluded from this offer.

8. Only one entry per person.

9. Employees of the First Central group of companies or anyone else connected in any way with the compeition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter.

10. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

11. The prize is a £250 Amazon gift card. The prize will be sent to the winner via email. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery of the prize.

12. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

13. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered.

14. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions. Such amendments will be notified to entrants as soon as reasonably practicable by the promoter. If the entrant is unhappy with the updated T&Cs they can withdraw their entry by emailing Marketing@1stcentral.co.uk

15. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

16. The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be use wolely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without entrant's prior consent.

17. The winner's name will be available 28 days after the closing the date by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: Multicar renewals, Marketing Dept , Capital House, 1-5 Perrymount Road, Haywards Heath, West Sussex, RH16 3SY.
