What are the terms and conditions of 1st Central Driver Coaching Amazon Gift card prize draw?

1st Central Connect Driver Coaching prize draw terms & conditions

1. The promoter is: First Central Insurance Management Ltd trading as 1ST CENTRAL (company number 6489797) whose registered office is at Capital House, 1-5 Perrymount Road, Haywards Heath, West Sussex, RH16 3SY (the “Promoter”).

2. Route to entry for the prize draw is via completing all three Driver Coaching quizzes sent via email directly to your email address.

3. The prize draw will be open between the dates that are included in the email  the Promoter sends to you. After this time, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

4. The winner will be selected at random after the closing date by an online tool from all   entries received (for the avoidance of doubt, answers to the quiz need not be correct in order to be entered into the draw and eligible for the winning price).

5. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

6. The winner will be notified via email (using the details provided at entry) within three working days of the closing date. The winner will be required to respond by email with their contact details. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within seven days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

7. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

8. The competition is only open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.

9. Only one entry per person.

10. Employees of the First Central group of companies or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter.

11. The Promoter will not accept responsibility   for entries not received for whatever reason.

12. The prize is a £50 Amazon gift card*. The prize will be sent to the winner via email. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery of the prize. *Restrictions apply, see www.amazon.co.uk/gc-legal

13. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

14. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered.

15. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions. Such amendments will be notified to entrants as soon as reasonably practicable by the Promoter. If the entrant is unhappy with the updated terms, they can withdraw their entry by emailing Marketing@1stcentral.co.uk. 

16. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

17. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, the winner agrees to the use of their surname and county in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and in accordance with our privacy policy (which can be found here) and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. 

18. If the winner objects to any or all of their surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, they must contact the Promoter by email at Marketing@1stcentral.co.uk . In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

19. The winner’s name will be available 28 days after the closing date by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: Connect Driver Coaching, Marketing Dept, Capital House, 1 - 5 Perrymount Road, Haywards Heath, West Sussex, RH16 3SY. 

20. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social network. You are providing your information to 1st Central  and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with this competition only.
