What is 1st CENTRAL’s Cashback offer?

Terms and conditions
• First Central runs cashback schemes through TopCashback and Quidco (together the “Cashback Sites” and each a “Cashback Site”). • You will only be eligible for cashback on certain First Central products, the details of which will be listed on the Cashback Sites (and are subject to change from time to time). • In order to be eligible for cashback on your purchase, you must create an account with a Cashback Site and follow the link from the Cashback Site through to the First Central website, where you will be required to run a quote and purchase your policy. • Once the purchase is complete, this will be tracked and your account on the Cashback Site will be updated to reflect the cashback amount you will be eligible to. • The Cashback Sites calculate the cashback amounts excluding VAT, delivery and any other charges.
What will stop me getting cashback?
• Using a promotional/voucher code not posted and approved by a Cashback Site. • Purchases on products not supported by cashback. • Purchases not completed immediately and fully online. • Not complying with the relevant Cashback Site’s terms and conditions.

First Central would like to draw your attention to the following provisions, which are accurate as at April 2023 but subject always to change:
Top Cashback
• Top Cashback has its own privacy policy (clause 3). • Customers must be 18 or over (clause 4.5). • TopCashback has two levels of membership: ‘Classic’ and ‘Plus’. Classic membership is free of charge and Plus membership has an annual fee which is deducted from your earnings. The fee is currently £5 (clause 5). • All purchases must meet the TopCashback criteria to be eligible for cashback (clause 6.2).
Quidco
• All purchases must meet the Quidco criteria to be eligible for cashback. Quidco provides various examples of scenarios where a purchase would not be eligible for cashback, including where a transaction is cancelled (clause 4). • Quidco has its own privacy policy (clause 6). • You agree upon demand to ‘indemnify’ (compensate) Quidco for all liabilities, claims and expenses that may arise out of or in connection with you breaching Quidco’s terms and conditions (clause 13).

Missing Cashback
When a transaction does not track automatically and appear within your cashback account you must submit a "Missing Cashback" query through your account on the Cashback Site within 30 days of the transaction.
