How will my home insurance claim be settled?

We aim to settle your claim in the most efficient way possible. 

For buildings, we may choose to repair, rebuild, or replace the damaged part.

For contents, we may repair the item, replace it with a new one, or make a payment to cover the cost. If a refurbished mobile phone is provided, we will aim to keep your existing number.
