Am I covered for leaks in my home?

We provide cover for the cost of removing and replacing any part of the buildings to find the source of the leak, under trace and access cover. However, fixing the damaged pipe or tank is not covered. 

If your buildings or contents are damaged as a result of water or oil escaping from a fixed water/oil tank or pipe, fixed central heating system or domestic appliance, cover is provided under Escape of Water or Escape of Oil.
