Does my policy cover fallen trees?

If a tree or branch falls and damages your home or belongings, your policy will cover the damage. We’ll also cover the cost of removing the fallen tree or branch, as long as it’s above ground.

If a tree falls but doesn’t cause any damage, we won’t cover the cost to remove it.

We don’t cover damage to fences, gates or hedges, or damage caused by routine tree maintenance.
