Is my property covered for flooding?

Flood is covered under your policy, subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions and the excess shown on your schedule. For flood claims, the flood excess is applicable.

If your home has flooded before and was insured by another insurer, or if you already have an open flood claim with them, we won’t be able to offer you a policy.
