How do I make changes to my policy?

If you’d like to make a change to your home insurance policy, you can make the following changes online in Your Account

  • Change personal details 
  • Add optional cover such as Accidental Damage, Personal Possessions, Home Emergency or Home legal Protection. 

If you would like to make other changes – add or remove a joint policyholder or add extra items to your cover – just give our friendly Customer Service team a call on 0333 043 2001 and they’ll take care of this for you.
