Why choose to auto-renew my home insurance policy?

By turning on your auto-renewal, when your renewal date comes around, your policy will automatically renew for another 12 months. This means you don’t need to do anything - giving you peace of mind that we’ve got you covered.

Don’t worry, we won’t just renew your policy without you having seen your renewal price. We’ll send you this in good time so you can review and make sure you’ve got the right product for you and make any changes that you need to.

Managing your renewal

You can manage your renewal in Your Account in the ‘Account Settings’ section, by toggling your auto-renewal on or off, and you can do this at any time during your policy year up until the day before your policy renews.

Your home insurance quote will be available to view within Your Account 14 days in advance of your renewal date. If your policy is not set to automatically renew, your renewal invite will be sent to you via email 14 days before your renewal date.

If you want your policy to auto-renew, you’ll need to update your auto-renewal settings at least a day before your renewal is due.

If you pay for your policy in full we will take this payment automatically from the card we have on file the day before your policy is due to start. If you pay monthly your payment date will stay the same.
