Why did I receive a Notice of Change with my renewal invite?

We’re updating our home insurance to give you more choice and flexibility. As part of this, we’re introducing three new levels of cover from 4th October 2025:

  • Essentials
  • 1st Central
  • Premier

If you have been invited to renew, your current policy will become our new 1st Central cover – now upgraded with higher cover limits and rated 4 stars by Defaqto.

To keep you informed, we’ve included a Notice of Change with your renewal invite. This outlines what’s changing in your policy.

What’s a Notice of Change?

A Notice of Change explains what has been updated or changed, making it easy for you to see any important changes.

Do I need to do anything now?

If your policy is set to auto-renewal, you don’t need to do anything—your policy will automatically renew on the date listed in your renewal invitation, and you’ll move to our 1st Central policy.

If your policy is not set to auto-renewal, your renewal invite will still outline the changes, but you’ll need to contact our customer service team at 0333 043 2001 to renew your policy.

You can view and amend your renewal status, policy wording, and cover limits online in Your Account.
