What's not included in Excess Protect?

You'll not be able to use Excess Protect to claim back your excess where:

• A claim relates only to glass repair or replacement
• Your claim is declined or if the claim value is less than the excess
• You claim on Excess Protect more than 31 days following the settlement of your claim by 1ST CENTRAL
• Your excess has been or will be reimbursed by a third party
