Will you insure me if I have non-motoring convictions?
If your only conviction(s) are considered 'spent' under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act, then you will be eligible for insurance subject to our usual underwriting criteria.
When buying insurance through us, you'll be asked to declare that neither you nor any of you drivers have ever been convicted of or cautioned (or have prosecutions pending) for any non-motoring convictions except where these are considered spent under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act.
