Will you insure me if I have non motoring convictions?

If your convictions are considered 'spent' under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act, then you will be eligible for insurance subject to our usual underwriting criteria.

When buying insurance through us, you'll be asked to declare that you've never been convicted of or cautioned (or have prosecutions pending) for any non-motoring offences except where these are considered spent under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act.
