How to cancel?
If a customer decides to cancel their policy they will be required to contact the Customer Services Team on 0333 043 2066 who will be able to help. Cancelling their direct debit instruction will not automatically cancel their policy and they may incur additional charges.
Full details of our fees click here. Any extra products, such as Personal Accident or Legal Expenses, are non-refundable if cancelled more than 14 days after their start date.
If their policy was renewed automatically and they want to cancel it because they have taken alternative insurance elsewhere, they will be eligible for a full refund and not charged any fees as long as the alternative insurance started from their renewal date, if this does not show on MID they can provide evidence to that effect.
