How do we process a refund?

If a refund is due, we aim to refund back to the card that was used to set up the policy.

If the card has expired, and bank details are available, we will process the refund via a bank transfer (BACS). It will take 3 to 5 working days for the refund to arrive in your bank account.

If we don’t hold your bank details on the system, a refund cheque will be sent to the policy address.

There may be instances where further proof is required to ensure the refund is processed to the correct person.
