What is the Direct Debit Guarantee?

 The Direct Debit Guarantee protects customers in three main ways:

  • advanced notifications of payments being taken
  • refunds in the event of an error being made by us
  • and cancellations of a Direct Debit instruction at any time by contacting your bank.  

Please note the Guarantee only applies to payments made by Direct Debit. The details of the Guarantee can be seen below:
