Can I make changes to my car insurance policy online?

Save yourself time by making the following changes online in the your account.



Buying or thinking of buying a new car? You can get a quote and update your policy online with the details of your new car.



You can change the level of cover you have, for example, you could increase your cover from third party, fire and theft to comprehensive, and add or remove commuting or business use.


Extra cover

You can add extra cover to your policy at any point, including Legal Expenses, Personal Accident, Hire Car and Breakdown Cover.



If you’ve moved address, please make sure you tell us as soon as possible. You can update your address in your account.


Contact details

You can now update your contact telephone number and email address in your account and you can opt in or out of receiving marketing information like our customer newsletter. Here, you can also change your password for logging into your account.
