How do I make changes to my car insurance policy?

You can make some changes online in your account, these include

  • Add or edit additional drivers
  • Change your payment details and your method of payment
  • Change your car, address, level of cover and add optional extras


Login to make changes to your policy.

Either buying or thinking of buying a new car? You can get a quote and update your policy online with the details of your new car.

You can change the level of cover you have, for example you could increase cover from Third Party, Fire and Theft to Comprehensive, and add or remove Commuting or Business Use.

Extra Cover
You can add extra cover to your policy at any point; this includes Legal Expenses, Personal Accident, Hire Car and Breakdown Cover.

If you have moved address, please make sure you tell us as soon as possible and you can update your address in your account.

Contact Details 
You can update your contact telephone number and email address in the your account and you can opt-in or out of receiving marketing information like our customer newsletter.  You can also change your password for logging in to the Customer Portal.
