What if there's a mistake on my policy?

If we’ve made a mistake on your policy, please call our Customer Services Team on 0333 043 2066. We will gladly update your policy free of charge.

 

If you have made a mistake, please call us and we will update your policy. Depending on the circumstances leading to the error, and the amount of time that has passed since you purchased your insurance, there may be an administration fee of £30 to correct it.
