I want to stop my renewal, but you've already collected payment. How do I get a refund?
Please call the Customer Services team on 0333 043 2066 as soon as possible to arrange cancellation of the policy. You will be charged for the cover provided to you and an arrangement fee, unless you have arranged for alternative car insurance to begin from your renewal date.
If your policy has NOT reached its renewal date, you will not need to pay any fees and if your payment has already been collected we can arrange a full refund for you.
If you cancel your policy after your renewal date, but within 14 days, you will be charged for the cover provided to you and an arrangement fee.
If you cancel your policy 14 days or more after your renewal date, you will have to pay for your time on cover and any additional fees as necessary, such as the arrangement and cancellation fees. Details of fees can be found here.
