I didn't realise my policy would automatically renew and I have taken insurance elsewhere, what should I do?

Please call the Customer Services team on 0333 043 2066 as soon as possible to arrange cancellation of the policy.

You may be charged for the cover provided to you, unless you have arranged for alternative car insurance to begin from your renewal date.
