You've taken money from my card, but I don't have a policy with you, what should I do?

To ensure that you are not left without car insurance, the last card we hold on record for a customer is used to collect the payment for the new policy.

If your card has been debited and you do not have a policy with us, it may be that you have previously used your card on a friend's or family member's policy.

If this doesn't seem likely or you would like to discuss this further, please call the Customer Services team on 0333 043 2066.
