Why did you change your logo?

We've recently updated our logo to better reflect who we are and what we stand for. We've taken our customers' feedback into consideration and have said goodbye to the old red rosette and introduced a new modern logo. Our new logo represents our dedication to delivering feel-good value and providing you with a sense of satisfaction from our first thought to our last full stop.

How will the new logo impact my experience as a customer?

Any communication (letters, emails) and anywhere that you might see our brand logo (price comparison sites, website adverts, billboards, or event sponsorship) will look now look different – instead of the old red rosette logo, you’ll increasingly see our new modern logo.

Will I need to update my information or login details because of the new logo?

No, you don’t need to change any personal information as a result of these changes.

How do I know that the new logo is authentic and not a scam or phishing attempt?

Always scan for a scam. Either our new or old logo may be on our documents for the next few months, but if you’re ever unsure please get advice from Take Five to Stop Fraud or contact us to check.
