What’s the difference between a Marketing email and a Service email?

At 1st Central, we send both Marketing and Service emails, but what’s the difference?

A Service email will only contain information about your policy.

This can include your renewal invite, any changes about our company or any updates we believe are useful for you to know about, for example Highway code changes that may affect your driving.

A Marketing email is to promote the sale of goods, such as adding Breakdown Cover to your policy, or other services we provide like Multicar policies.

We need your consent to be able to send you Marketing emails. You can opt in to receive marketing emails in Your Account.
