Why has my email not been delivered?
If you’re sending through your proof of address as requested, and one of the documents was a UK-based bank or building society statement, then your email will have been blocked if you’ve not fully hidden any credit card or account information. To resend it, please make sure you cover up or block out any of these details before attaching the document.
If you weren’t trying to send proof of address but your email didn’t send
Please check your outbox to confirm it was sent. If it’s not arrived and you’ve received a delivery status notification, double-check that you’re using the correct email address for us.
