What’s changing with your home insurance?

We’re making some exciting updates to give you more choice and flexibility when it comes to protecting your home.

Starting 4th October 2025, we’re introducing three new levels of home insurance cover:

• Essentials
• 1st Central
• Premier

Our current cover will become the new 1st Central policy. It’s been upgraded with higher cover limits and is now rated 4 stars by Defaqto – so you’re getting even more value  and protection.

Will this affect my current policy?

Your existing policy will stay exactly the same until it’s time to renew. When that happens, we’ll send you a renewal invite with all the details about the new cover limits along with a Notice of Change. 

I’ve already received my renewal invite

Your renewal invite will include:

• A summary of the new cover limits
• A Notice of Change  to help you understand what’s new
