What happens if I turn on auto renewal for my Home insurance policy?
When you switch on auto renewal, your policy will renew automatically for another 12 months on your renewal date. We’ll always send your renewal price before your policy renews, so you can check it, make changes or cancel if you need to.
When will I get my renewal quote and how is payment taken?
We’ll email your home insurance renewal quote 26 days before your renewal date, and you can also see it Your Account.
• Paying in full? We’ll take the payment from the card we have on file the day before your new policy starts.
• Paying monthly? Your payment date will stay the same.
If your card has expired or changed, you’ll need to get in touch to update your details, so your cover continues without a break.
