Will I still get my renewal price if auto renewal is off on my Home insurance policy?
Yes, whether auto-renewal is on or off, we’ll email your renewal price 26 days before your renewal date, and you can also see it online.
• Auto-renewal on- Your policy will renew automatically unless you make changes or cancel.
• Auto-renewal off- You’ll need to tell us if you want to renew. If you don’t, your cover will end on your renewal date.
If you haven’t arranged new insurance, you won’t have cover for your home or contents, so make sure you’re protected.
