Do I need to let you know if I’m not going to be driving my car?

If you know you’re not going to be driving your car for 21 consecutive days, it’s important to get in contact with our friendly team to let us know.

If we notice that we haven't received any driving data for 21 days, we’ll make contact with you to check you’re not experiencing any difficulties setting up your sensor, or any issues using it.
