Does the Connect app always track my location?
No. The Connect app only records trips when it can connect to the sensor in your car. This means it needs to be in Bluetooth range, and your car must be moving.
Your phone’s location settings do need to be switched on, but the app won’t record, store or send us any location information unless it can find the sensor.
