What happens if I have been logged as a driver when I was a passenger?
The 1st Central Connect app marks your trip either as a 'Driver' or 'Passenger'. If the trip has been allocated to the wrong person, you can change this by:
- Going to your 'Trips' screen
- Clicking on the trip you would like to update
- Click on the 'Driver' icon in the top right corner
- Select swap to 'Passenger'
It’s important to check your trips every day and make sure the driver is accurate. If you change the driver, your scores should be updated straight away, although your ‘Streaks’ may take a short time to update.
