What happens if I have been logged as a driver when I was a passenger?

The 1st Central Connect app marks your trip either as a 'Driver' or 'Passenger'. If the trip has been allocated to the wrong person, you can change this by:

  • Going to your 'Trips' screen
  • Clicking on the trip you would like to update
  • Click on the 'Driver' icon in the top right corner
  • Select swap to 'Passenger'

Why should I check my trips each day?

Checking your trips daily helps make sure the right driver is shown for each journey. If you change the driver, make sure to do this before midnight so your score stays correct. Your ‘Streaks’ might take a little longer to update, but they will catch up shortly.
