What if my passenger was using my phone?

If someone else uses your phone while you’re driving, you’ll need to tell us, otherwise it will negatively affect your driver score.  Just select the trip in your app and click on the driver icon to tell us who was using your phone:

• Go to your 'Trips' screen
• Click on the trip you would like to update
• Click on the 'Driver' icon in the top right corner
• Select who was driving and whether a passenger used your phone
