Can I add an authorised caller?
Yes, you can.
In certain situations, you may wish to set up an authorised person who can deal with your insurance policy on your behalf. They’ll be able to provide information to us and make changes to your policy. However, they won’t be able to cancel your policy.
It’ll still be your responsibility to make sure all your policy details are up to date and accurate, in addition, all policy documents will continue to be sent to you.
You can add an authorised person by:
- Logging onto online clicking 'Account Settings’ and scroll down to ‘Authorised person’
- Clicking on the purple web chat icon in the bottom right-hand corner of this page
- Calling our friendly team.
