How do we process a refund?

If a refund is due, we aim to refund back to the card that was used to set up the policy.

If the card has expired, and bank details are available, we'll process the refund via a bank transfer (BACS).

It may take up to 10 days for the refund to appear in your account.

If we don't hold your bank details on the system, a refund cheque will be sent to the policyholder at the registered address.

There may be instances where further proof is required to ensure the refund is processed to the correct person.
