When making a change on your policy, we complete a further assessment of your creditworthiness.
We use information obtained from Experian, and that you provide us, to assess your creditworthiness and suitability for the financial product. This ensures we're being a responsible lender and only offering to extend credit to customers who can afford to pay for the change monthly. If we're unable to offer you more credit to pay for your change in instalments, you'll need to pay for the change in full and your current instalments will remain in place.
