You've taken money from my card but I don't have a car policy with you what should I do?
To ensure that you are not left without car insurance, the last card we hold on record for a customer is used to collect the payment for the new policy.
If your card has been debited and you do not have a policy with us, it may be that you have previously used your card on a friend's or family member's policy.
