Do I have to pay any fees if I cancel my car insurance renewal?

If your renewal payment has been taken, but your policy has not passed the renewal date, you won’t need to pay any fees, and we can arrange a full refund for you.

If you cancel your policy after your renewal date, but within the first 14 days of your policy start date, you'll be charged for the cover provided to you. To check if any fees are applicable on your policy, details of fees can be found here.

If you cancel your policy 14 days or more after your renewal date, you'll be charged for the cover provided to you and any additional fees as detailed within your policy terms, such as the arrangement fee and cancellation fee.
