Do I have to pay any fees if I cancel my car insurance renewal?
If your policy has NOT reached its renewal date, you won't need to pay any fees, and if your payment has already been collected, we can arrange a full refund for you.
If you cancel your policy after your renewal date, but within 14 days, you'll be charged for the cover provided to you and we may also retain the non refundable arrangement fee as per policy terms.
If you cancel your policy 14 days or more after your renewal date, you'll have to pay for your time on cover and any additional fees as necessary, such as the - arrangement and cancellation fees, as per your policy terms.
