Will my car insurance automatically renew?
You can check your current automatic renewal status any time in Your Account.
If your policy is set to automatically renew:
You’ll receive your renewal invite from us around 2 weeks before your renewal date. All you'll need to do is check your details are still correct. We'll renew your policy for you and send you a confirmation email.
If you pay in full we’ll take payment from the card you have on file the day before your policy starts. If you pay monthly your payment date will stay the same.
If your policy is not set to automatically renew:
You'll have to let us know if you do want to renew your policy.
You can update your automatic renewal status in Your Account by:
- Click on 'Account settings'
- Scroll down to ‘Automatic renewal settings’
- Click the toggle to say ‘Yes’
