Does cancelling my direct debit cancel my policy?

No - stopping your Direct Debit doesn’t cancel your policy.

If you cancel the Direct Debit without cancelling your policy, you might need to make extra payments. 

My policy has renewed and I want to cancel, what do I do?

You can still cancel your policy after it has renewed by following the steps below.

I’m looking to switch my auto renewal off, what do I do?

If you want to switch your auto renewal off or are looking for any further information around your renewal, you can do this easily and quickly online at any time.

1. Log in to Your Account
2. Select Account Settings at the top right hand corner of your Dashboard screen
3. At the bottom of the page, select Manage Renewal Settings
4. You’ll be able to manage your auto renewal here

Cancelling your policy online

You can cancel your policy this online anytime by simply following these steps:

1. Log in to Your Account
2. Go to your policy to view and manage your cover
3. Scroll to I'd like to cancel my insurance, and choose Cancel my insurance
