I’ve sent in my car insurance documents. What happens next?

We’ll use the documents to validate the information you provided when you took out your policy. If we identify discrepancies in the information you supplied to purchase your policy, we’ll contact you. This may mean that your original insurance premium was incorrect and we’ll either:

  • Update your policy, which may result in an additional amount to pay, or
  • Cancel your policy, which may result in charges
