Why have I received a reminder when I've already sent my documents for my car insurance?

We aim to review documents within 5 working days, although this can sometimes take longer.

Submitted documents via Your Account

When the documents have been reviewed, Your Account will show that they've either been accepted or rejected.

Submitted documents via email

If you didn't receive an email receipt on submission, we may not have received the documents. You can upload the documents via Your Account.

How to upload documents to Your Account:

  • Log in to Your Account
  • Click on ‘Documents’
  • Scroll down to ‘Information request’
  • Upload the document next to the relevant heading
