Why is my account locked?

Your account could be locked for a few reasons.

If you log in to Your Account you’ll see a message at the top of the screen explaining why your account has been locked and details of what you need to do.

The most common reason for a locked account is that the credit agreement needs to be signed. You can sign this by ticking the box next to the message.

In other cases, you may need to speak to someone in our Customer Services team to look at your account for you.
