I didn't realise my policy would automatically renew and I have taken car insurance elsewhere what should I do?

Please call our Customer Services team as soon as possible to arrange cancellation of the policy.

You may be charged for the cover provided to you unless you have arranged for alternative car insurance to begin from your renewal date. You may need to provide our Customer Services team with a copy of your new certificate of insurance.
